Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated offers a 3-year Rotation Program for recent graduates, exposing you to HR across manufacturing, design, engineering, sales, finance and IT. Participants relocate quarterly to Hubbell facilities in the United States and work under the Campus Program Manager with mentorship and structured learning plans.

Expect to engage in employment processing, compensation, benefits, training and recruitment while developing strong communication, time management and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree is required.
• Ability to relocate yearly over a 3-year period; relocation assistance provided by Hubbell.
• Flexibility within the function for the duration of the program and beyond.
• Strong motivation and desire to grow as a leader.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Various systems and skills could be required/preferred for various functions.
• Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Proven time management skills: prioritize and complete multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to track and interpret data.
• Creative, adaptable, entrepreneurial and driven by integrity.
• Willing to take initiative in various aspects of the role.

Responsibilities

• Implements HR programs including employment processing, compensation, benefits, training and development, recruitment, records management, and compliance.
• Assists HR team with administration of HR programs, procedures and guidelines to align workforce with business needs.
• Collaborates with HR partners and other functions (Legal, Finance, IT) to deliver HR support to the business.
• Works with HR teams to clearly communicate policies and procedures.
• Supports Total Rewards projects.
• Develops programs to maintain positive employee relations.
• Assists with managing performance processes.
• Audits and assists with regulatory compliance and reporting.
• Completes special projects by defining objectives and timelines and organizing information.
