Job summary

The Hubbell Rotation Program is a three-year, entry-level track designed for recent graduates to gain broad exposure to Hubbell’s business units across manufacturing, design, engineering, sales, finance, IT, and HR. Participants relocate annually to three Hubbell facilities in the United States, with a structured learning plan, mentorship, and regular feedback to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related function required.
• Willing to relocate yearly over a 3-year period with relocation assistance.
• Strong motivation to grow as a leader and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR programs, including employment processing, benefits, training and recruitment.
• Collaborate with HR partners, CoE, and legal/finance/IT to deliver HR support.
• Communicate policies and procedures clearly across locations.
• Support Total Rewards on select compensation projects.
• Contribute to performance management and regulatory compliance activities.
