Job description

The Hubbell Rotation Program is an entry-level program for recent college graduates aimed toward accelerated exposure and knowledge to our business and various skills within the company. Rotations can range from focus in manufacturing/operations, design, engineering, sales & marketing, finance, IT, HR, supply chain, etc. The function of each rotation within certain business units can focus on various areas depending on the needs of the company and the interest of the employee. The program is 3-years in length and requires relocation to 3 Hubbell facilities, all located in the United States.

All HRP employees report to Hubbell’s Campus Program Manager for the first three years, but receive day-to-day assignments from local management, based on location. The individual will be assigned to a variety of tasks under general supervision. A structured learning plan will allow the opportunity to grow professionally through trainings alongside each rotation. Each individual will also have a mentor assigned to them, monthly meetings with other individuals in the program, as well as monthly 1:1’s with the Campus Program Manager.

A Day In The Life

As a participant in the Hubbell Rotation Program, you will complete three distinct assignments within a selected functional area, such as Sales, Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, or other business discipline. Each rotation is designed to provide exposure to different aspects of the function, helping you build a broad understanding of the business while developing technical, professional, and leadership skills.

Throughout the program, you will contribute to meaningful projects, support business objectives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain hands‑on experience in multiple areas within your chosen function. Rotational assignments will vary based on business needs and functional focus but are designed to accelerate learning, increase organizational knowledge, and prepare employees for long‑term career growth within Hubbell.
