Job summary

You will rotate through HRIS, Benefits, Recruiting, Employee Relations, and other HR areas, supporting data maintenance, enrollment processes, onboarding, and training materials while building professional relationships and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across various HR teams to gain exposure to different HR functions
• Rotate through areas such as HRIS, Benefits, HR Shared Services, Recruiting, Employee Relations
• Assist with HRIS data maintenance, reporting, audits, and system projects
• Support Benefits activities including inquiries, enrollment processes, communications, and admin tasks
• Assist HR Shared Services with requests, HR transactions, and documentation
• Support recruiting activities including job postings, candidate communication, and interview coordination
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities and maintain employee records
• Support employee engagement, training, and development initiatives
• Assist with HR research, reporting, audits, and compliance activities
• Participate in special projects to support HR and organizational goals
• Help develop HR resources, presentations, and training materials
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to gather information for projects
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Attend HR team meetings and engage in learning opportunities
• Perform other duties as assigned
