Job summary

Legend Biotech seeks an HR Policy, Risk & Controls Manager to join the HR Operations & Compliance team based in Bridgewater, NJ. You will ensure HR policies and programs align with regulations and internal controls, providing oversight of HR policy, risk, compliance, and audit activities.

You will partner with HR leaders to design, document, and monitor controls, while leading assessments, remediation, and governance across HR risk areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, risk management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in HR, compliance, internal audit or risk management with cross-functional experience.
• Familiarity with GDPR/CCPA and internal audit practices.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HR policies in line with regulatory and company requirements.
• Monitor HR compliance and mitigate emerging risks.
• Lead compliance assessments and remediation actions.
• Oversee HR risk indicators reporting to HR leadership.
• Oversee HR SOX controls, documentation, testing and remediation.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit and external auditors for walkthroughs and requests.
• Maintain the HR Risk & Control Matrix (RCM).
