The role partners with managers to develop recruitment plans, conducts interviews, administers pre-employment testing, and ensures compliance with federal/state regulations while maintaining confidentiality and striving for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• PHR certification preferred; recruitment experience in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews; coordinate pre-employment testing.
• Own the hiring process and coordinate onboarding; maintain compliance with regs.
• Develop and administer company policies; monitor HRIS and timeclock changes.
• Identify process improvements and track department metrics.
