Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative or customer services experience (Required).
• Human Resources experience (Preferred).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have Pre and/or Onboarding Experience.
• Strong experience with Workday.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.
• Understands confidentiality, communication and customer service.
• Understands compliance.
• Displays Conflict Resolution skills and Escalation of complex issues where needed.
• Documentation and Updating HR Records.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line HR support to colleagues with real-time, accurate responses.
• Process employee transactions accurately based on guidelines and information.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding and support HR cyclical processes.
• Collaborate with HR team to ensure efficient processing and documentation.
