Job summary

The Sibanye-Stillwater East Boulder Mine in McLeod, MT is seeking a Human Resources Representative I-III to support HR programs at the operation. You will assist with policies, benefits, onboarding, safety culture, and employee relations while partnering with management and the HR team to deliver services to a diverse workforce.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 3+ years HR experience, and knowledge of labor laws and union contracts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
3+ years HR experience in related field such as compensation, benefits, recruiting, payroll, HRIS, performance management, or compliance.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.

Responsibilities

Support administration of Company policies and programs, the collective bargaining agreement, disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, interviewing, employee orientation, training, employee records, benefits, and HR issues.
Communicate and support area goals and initiatives with HR team and departments.
Foster positive relationships across departments and promote an inclusive environment.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
