What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Understand business needs and provide reporting and analytics for end-to-end business solutions
- Recommend business process improvements and system changes to enhance efficiency
- Train and educate users on effective system and report utilization
- Partner with business and technical teams to identify optimal solutions for business challenges
- Create and manage data visualizations and user interfaces for end users
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree is required for this role
- Minimum of 1 year of experience using Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, and formulas
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Workday environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Workday space for over 1 year
- Additional experience with advanced data analysis techniques
- Familiarity with HR processes and systems
