Swick Mining Services is seeking an HR Coordinator to own recruitment and onboarding processes, while providing administrative support across HR operations in Salt Lake City. You will manage candidate sourcing, screenings, interview scheduling, and onboarding documentation with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and professional conduct.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HR, experience with ATS/HRIS, and solid organizational skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years HR experience required.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and HR administrative functions.
• Experience conducting candidate screenings and coordinating interviews.
• Experience managing employment documentation and personnel records.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for assigned positions.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and extend offer letters and employment documents.
• Own the onboarding process from offer through orientation.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and other pre-employment steps.
• Ensure completion of I-9, E-Verify, and required forms.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules and maintain accurate personnel files.
• Partner with managers to promote a positive onboarding experience.
