Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

• Experience with phone screenings and interviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for caregivers and office staff.
• Develop strategies to attract qualified caregivers in a competitive market.
• Post and maintain job advertisements across boards and social media.
• Review applications and conduct screenings.
• Coordinate onboarding and new-hire documentation.
• Support employee training and records.
• Assist with HR reporting and payroll data.
• Maintain HR/compliance processes and documentation.
