Job summary

Aba-Support-Services-LLC is seeking a motivated HR Recruiter/Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This role supports the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle, ensuring a positive, organized, and timely experience from initial contact through the first days of employment.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, able to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, protect confidentiality, and collaborate with candidates, employees, managers and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of recruitment experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationships with candidates, staff and managers.
• Experience coordinating onboarding activities and new hire documentation.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, HR regulations, and policies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business systems.
• Experience using HRIS or payroll platforms; Paylocity preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with deadlines.
• Willingness to attend off-site recruitment events.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
