Six Flags Great America & Hurricane Harbor in Gurnee, IL is seeking an HR administrative assistant to support onboarding, recruitment events, and staff trainings. You will greet team members, assist with candidate processing, and administer trainings to new hires.

You will work with HR systems such as UKG Recruiting/Onboarding, Sterling Background, Microsoft Office, and Smartsheets, while maintaining confidentiality and organized files.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Weekend and evening availability as needed.
• Professional, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Smartsheet.

Responsabilités

• Greet all team members entering the HR Office in a friendly, professional manner.
• Interact with team members professionally and courteously.
• Work with HR systems including Sterling Background, UKG Recruitment/Onboarding, Microsoft Office, Smartsheets.
• Be informed about team member events and provide communications as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of team members' personal information.
• Administer Six Flags Discoveries to incoming and returning Team Members.
• Attend Recruiting Events to represent the company and increase applicant flow.
• Review and respond to Six Flags email daily and follow safety policies.
