• Excellent communication skills demonstrated in guest or staff interactions.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, OneNote, Publisher, and Outlook.
• Comfort with enforcing policies and conducting counseling sessions with employees.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and make decisions.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and stays organized.
