Planet Recruiterz in the United States is seeking an HR Recruiter to join our remote team. You will handle end-to-end recruitment processes for BPO roles, sourcing candidates, screening, and coordinating interviews from home. Strong communication is essential to succeed in this commission-driven role.

The role offers a performance-based earning structure with a joining bonus and the flexibility of working remotely. Prior BPO hiring experience is preferred but not strictly required.
