Job summary

Greystone of Virginia is seeking a Human Resources Representative/Recruiter at the Toano facility. You will recruit both hourly and salaried staff, serve as the primary contact for walk-in applicants, and assist hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

You will also support benefits administration, maintain confidential HR records, and coordinate safety and onboarding activities under the direction of corporate HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years of direct recruiting and administrative duties.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Recruit non-exempt and exempt candidates using internal and external sources.
• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in applicants at the Toano facility.
• Review applications in JazzHR ATS and refer to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews between applicants and hiring managers.
• Assist employees with benefits enrollment paperwork and HR documentation.
• Maintain confidential applicant records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate safety training and OSHA-related recordkeeping.
