Job summary

Klyvora is seeking a US Recruiter – Accounts & Finance to manage end-to-end recruitment for US clients. This remote role focuses on staffing Accounts & Finance positions, partnering with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality candidates across multiple channels.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in recruitment, experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri, and strong sourcing and candidate management skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years recruitment experience, preferably US recruitment.
• Experience hiring for Accounts & Finance roles is preferred.
• Hands-on sourcing and candidate management across channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding for US clients.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other channels.
• Create/Refine Boolean searches to identify relevant candidates.
• Conduct initial screening calls evaluating technical fit, communication, notice period, and shift flexibility.
• Recruit for Accounts & Finance roles such as Accountants and Financial Analysts.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and US-based clients.
• Maintain pipelines, trackers, and ATS/CRM records.
• Manage offers, notice periods, joining, and timely closures.
• Build a pipeline of pre-screened candidates for recurring roles.
• Identify sourcing challenges and improve recruitment strategies.

We are looking for a US Recruiter – Accounts & Finance who is proactive, target-driven, and comfortable managing end-to-end recruitment for US clients.

Job Description

As a US Recruiter, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Accounts & Finance roles supporting US-based clients. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and client teams to source, screen, and deliver high-quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other hiring channels.
• Create and refine Boolean searches to identify relevant candidates.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical fit, communication skills, notice period, and shift flexibility.
• Recruit for Accounts & Finance roles such as Accountants, Financial Analysts, Fund/Property Accountants, and related finance positions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and US-based clients.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and ATS/CRM records.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, offer discussions, notice periods, and joining.
• Work on multiple hiring requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closures.
• Build a pipeline of pre-screened candidates for recurring requirements.
• Proactively identify sourcing challenges and improve recruitment strategies.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline progress and hiring metrics.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in US recruitment.
• Experience hiring for Accounts & Finance roles preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri.
• Good understanding of accounting and finance terminology is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
• Highly proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST.
• Comfortable working in a Work From Home environment.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; HR/Business background preferred.
