Job summary

Vonachen Group is seeking an HR Recruiter to lead high-volume recruitment from our Peoria, IL corporate office. The role focuses on hourly positions across a diverse client base, collaborating with HR and Operations to define qualifications and expand lead generation channels.

The successful candidate will manage candidate experience, craft postings, and ensure compliant screening and selection processes while overseeing onboarding for new hires. Daily Pay option is available.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.

• Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it.

HR Recruiter

Vonachen Group is looking to hire a Recruiter based out of our corporate office in Peoria, IL.

The Recruiter is responsible for high volume, primarily hourly recruitment for a large diverse customer base. The recruiter will work in conjunction with the HR and Operations management team to identify and establish the required qualifications for vacancies in their assigned areas. The successful candidate must have the ability to seek out new forms of applicant lead generation while successfully maintaining existing avenues of recruitment.

Skills and Abilities

Education and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of high volume, primarily hourly recruiting experience preferred

• $48,000-$52,000 annual salary
