Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary face and voice of The Arc of Union County, for visitors, families, and staff.
• Provide high-level customer service and switchboard support to HR.
• Assist HR staff with healthcare fairs, exit surveys, agency engagement, and driver screenings.
• Adhere to state regulations and maintain compliance in HR workflows.
