Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an HR Projects Manager in Palo Alto to lead initiatives across people, process, and data, partnering with HR Business Partners and Corporate Operations to drive efficiency and consistency.

You will manage timelines, measure success with data, support change, and ensure alignment with company strategy. Onsite role with travel up to 10% and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in HR or program management.
• 6+ years leading cross-functional HR projects and policy implementations.
• Experience with HRIS and people data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of HR projects across functions, geographies, and teams.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to improve tools, processes, and programs.
• Drive projects from planning through implementation—scoping goals, timelines, milestones, communications.
• Use data to define success metrics, monitor progress, and inform recommendations.
• Collaborate with the HR Data team to surface and analyze trends that inform decisions.
• Help develop and implement scalable HR solutions aligned with priorities.
• Support organizational change efforts, including restructurings and transformations.
• Ensure projects align with company culture and compliance.
