You will partner with HR Business Partners, Corporate Business Operations, and leaders to deliver programs that drive efficiency, consistency, and impact across the organization.

A strong HR foundation, strategic thinking, and precise execution are essential. Bring experience with HRIS systems (Workday), data analysis, and program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in HR or program management.
• 6+ years of experience managing or leading cross-functional projects involving HR systems, processes, or policy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of HR projects across functions, geographies, and teams.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand challenges and improve tools, processes, and programs.
• Drive projects from planning through implementation—scoping goals, milestones, and communications.
• Use data to define success metrics, monitor progress, and inform recommendations.
• Collaborate with the HR Data team to surface trends that inform decisions.
• Help develop and implement scalable HR processes aligned with company priorities.
• Support organizational change, restructurings, and other transformation work.
• Ensure projects align with culture, business strategy, and compliance expectations.
