Job summary

VIVA USA Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to govern the HR Shared Services JIRA intake process, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive timely delivery of HR system enhancements and process improvements.

You will develop project documentation, governance materials, and a monthly HR Technology summary, partnering with process owners, HR Service Center leaders, and engineers. Must have a PMP and JIRA experience and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in project management or related field.
2-4 years in various project management roles involving cross-functional teams.
Strong management, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Govern the HR Shared Services JIRA intake process and support prioritization.
Lead cross-functional HR projects, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project documentation, governance materials, and other tools to support alignment.
Create a monthly HR Technology summary of completed enhancements and forward-looking pipeline.
Ensure projects are executed smoothly with collaboration across departments and leaders.
