Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Project Manager to drive product roadmaps across engineering, product, and program management in an Agile environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and align deliverables with manufacturing and sourcing to prepare for release.

You will join a global team with opportunities to grow, reporting to the Project Management Office from Mayfield Heights, OH or Milwaukee, WI. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship for this role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multi-discipline teams to create and manage project delivery plans, finances, and resource plans.
• Identify dependencies, anticipate obstacles and risks, and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
• Drive decisions, resolve complex project issues and risks, and manage change.
• Concisely communicate progress, decisions, issues, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
• Ensure project alignment across initiatives to avoid duplication or misaligned opportunities.
• Provide input to product roadmaps and strategies to optimize new product and feature delivery.
• Note: You will not have direct reports in this role.
