Job summary

TikTok is seeking an HR Project Coordinator to support a range of HR initiatives for the E-commerce R&D team. This is a six-month, temporary assignment managed by a third-party agency; you will not be a TikTok employee, but you will work on-site in the San Jose area.

Responsibilities include coordinating seat allocations, immigration requests, employee experience initiatives, and event coordination, plus reporting on project progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in project coordination, preferably within HR or related domains.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.
