Job summary

CMS UK is seeking an HR Advisor for Business Services Projects to support people initiatives and HR projects across Business Services. You will deliver change activity and provide high-quality generalist HR advice to managers and teams.

Work involves coordinating project activity, tracking milestones, and using people data to inform decisions and outcomes, while building trusted relationships with stakeholders across the function.

Qualifications

• Broad HR generalist experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience supporting HR projects, change initiatives or process improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to coach/advise managers.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of HR projects across Business Services.
• Coordinate activity, action plans and milestones.
• Use people data to support reporting and decision-making.
• Prepare updates for stakeholders and governance forums.
• Provide proactive HR advisory support across the employee lifecycle.
