Job summary

CSC is seeking an experienced Director of HR Business Partnership to lead our global People Advisory function and deliver high-quality HR support across regions. You will oversee employee relations, policy interpretation, onboarding, wellbeing, and workforce planning while building a scalable, compliant global service model.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior HR leadership experience within large, international organisations.
• Deep expertise in employee relations, employment legislation, policy governance, and scalable People Advisory services.
• Experience leading global or multi-country HR teams and driving consistency while adapting to local requirements.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business priorities into people strategies.
• Proven success in designing HR operating models, improving service delivery, and leading transformation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with a data-driven approach to improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related discipline; or equivalent experience.
• Extensive progressive HR leadership experience within global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and evolution of the global People Advisory operating model across regions.
• Oversee delivery of core People Advisory services: employee relations, coaching, policy interpretation, onboarding, wellbeing, workforce planning and lifecycle support.
• Establish service standards, governance, case ownership, and procedures for a compliant employee experience.
• Inspire and develop regional People Advisory teams with a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior leaders to deliver integrated people solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex employee relations matters with commercial and legal balance.
• Drive organisational effectiveness through workforce planning and new service delivery models.
• Develop intake and case management processes with timely, high-quality support.
• Monitor KPIs and analytics to identify trends and mitigate risks.
• Champion governance to ensure consistent policy application across jurisdictions.
• Contribute to global People & Culture initiatives and transformation programmes.
