Job summary

US Tech Solutions seeks an experienced HR Records & Retention Specialist to manage daily operations and respond to record requests in partnership with Conduent. You will ensure proper storage and policy compliance across ODM/DORS, and collaborate with HR Leaders, Legal, and SMEs to handle inquiries efficiently.

The role leverages the ServiceNow platform for case management and supports special projects and urgent updates as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR Records & Retention operations.

• Ensure records are stored per policy using ODM/DORS.
• Collaborate with HR Leaders and Legal to fulfill requests.
• Support ad-hoc projects and updates; use ServiceNow for case management.

Job Summary

• Responsible for the daily operational functions of the HR Records & Retention team. Responsibility
• This role is responsible for the management of HR records inquiries initiated by Leadership, Employees, Legal and Retirees in partnership with our vendor Conduent.
• This role helps to deliver HR’s execution of Record Retention policy to properly store records using ODM/DORS, inform, educate, and inspire proper record retention policies across the company eco-system.
• Partners with HR Leaders and Cross-Divisional Leaders, Legal and SMEs to successfully fulfill record requests, resolve questions/concerns in a timely and expeditious manner.
• Provide execution support to ad-hoc requests for special projects and urgent updates/changes to our business.
• Actively work the with ServiceNow technology platform as the case management tool used to receive and respond to record requests, employee questions and issues/escalations daily.
