Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in HR, project coordination, program coordination, or business operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track People & Culture projects from planning through implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, action items, and meeting schedules.
• Monitor milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Identify risks, roadblocks, and resource needs; escalate as needed.
• Support successful implementation of strategic HR initiatives.
