Job summary

TD Bank is seeking an HR Program Analyst II for our Mount Laurel, NJ location. You will perform broad HR program analytics, develop processes, and monitor initiatives across HR systems to drive data-informed decisions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of relevant experience, an undergraduate degree or equivalent, and strong MS Office skills. In-office work is expected four days per week, with emphasis on accuracy, collaboration, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of relevant HR analysis experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of program administration and budget operations.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provides specialized HR analysis and non-standard reporting to support programs.
• Extracts and analyzes data across multiple HR systems for key projects.
• Ensures data accuracy, consistency, and compliance within deadlines.
• Leads issue resolution with management guidance as needed.
• Collaborates with HR partners to develop documentation and communications.
