PCL Construction Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an HRPD Manager to shape the employee experience, influence talent strategy, and support growth from our US Head Office.

The role drives talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation planning and leadership development across the district, aligning with company priorities. You will lead complex HR investigations, guide disciplinary actions, and measure performance against KPIs while enabling career growth and mentorship programs across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Trusted advisor with relationship management skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, delegation, and ability to motivate HRPD leaders.
• Senior HR leadership experience within a large construction organization preferred.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders in project-based construction.
• Apply advanced HR knowledge to define best practices and procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of employment legislation.
• Experience in training, facilitation and running complex sessions.
• Experience conducting employment investigations.
• Ability to lead teams through significant change management.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and implementation of the HR strategic plan for talent acquisition and onboarding strategies.
• Leads development and monitoring of district HRPD strategy and KPIs.
• Responsible for recruitment and onboarding programs.
• Leads salary/bonus review cycle market research.
• Oversees the overall compensation plan.
• Coaches supervisors on succession planning and development plans.
• Guides through progressive discipline and performance improvement processes.
• Leads investigations and risk assessment with stakeholders.
• Implements corporate and regional HR initiatives.
• Participates in employee relations issues and litigation/mediation.
