Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational & Industrial Psychology or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of HR related experience.
• Strong facilitation, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience in at least one HR Center of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People & Organizational Development, Employee Relations/Labor Relations, or HR Operations).
• Ability to influence leaders in a matrix environment and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic partnership to the business and influence people decisions.
• Support implementation of talent initiatives and workforce plans with business leaders.
• Lead performance management and employee relations activities.
• Assist in organization design, change management, and culture transformation initiatives.
• Partner with Compensation on salary planning and job architecture.
