• Previous HR internship experience preferred.
• ServiceNow experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Able to present information clearly to all levels of staff and external vendors.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer employee questions and resolve issues with a customer service approach.
• Assist with HR program implementation and process improvements; provide status updates.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews and meetings; maintain HR portals and intranet pages.
• Perform data entry and maintain confidential employee data in HR systems.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and offboarding tasks and paperwork.
• Coordinate with departments and third-party providers to administer HR programs.
