Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in problem-solving automated timekeeping systems and orientation of new associates.
• Ability to multi-task and organize multiple projects.
• Strong analytical skills and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Human Resources staff, including hiring, training and development, ensuring all services are provided on time and cost effective.
• Manage programs, policies and procedures ensuring fair application and practices as well as legal compliance.
• Train around providing medical, security and safety services in accordance with company guidelines.
• Provide leadership and management of the work environment via PBIP and QIP.
• Keep the facility appropriately staffed with competent hourly and salaried associates through acceptable employment practices.
• Lead change management and foster a collaborative culture.
