Job summary

Harnett County Department of Social Services is recruiting a Human Resources Placement Specialist for the Work First Program. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services or business field from an accredited institution.
• Associate’s degree with two years of directly related work experience.
• High school graduate with four years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop job opportunities by contacting employers and facilitating placements.
• Provide job readiness instruction and assist with case management and eligibility processes.
