Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Sophisticated math skills for percentages, fractions, and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
• Provide employee relations guidance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary support.
• Identify employment-related risks with managers and start investigations/grievances.
• Manage HR functions such as employment, labor relations, and compensation for a unit.
• Conduct training on topics including performance management and diversity.
• Apply standard principles to complex assignments and propose innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across HR disciplines.
• Lead by example and build consensus following CBRE values.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies; explain difficult or sensitive information.
