Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to support our Valuation business, acting as the frontline contact for employees and managers and handling transactional HR processes.

You will analyze HR data, coordinate projects, and partner with COEs to ensure compliant, effective HR services across the employee lifecycle. This role emphasizes data-driven insights and policy guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR programs and processes.
• Ability to analyze data and present insights to leadership.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement, manage, and improve HR processes for the Valuations team.
• Partner with COEs and HR operations to manage onboarding, off-boarding and employee relations.
• Lead data collection and analysis to inform HR decisions and project execution.
• Advise on HR policy interpretation and regulatory compliance for the business.
• Support unemployment claims, background checks, and related compliance activities.
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees and managers on policy questions.
