Job summary

Telligen is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Oak Brook, IL to support employee relations, policy guidance, and HR operations as our teams grow. You will coach managers, assist with compliance, and help address workplace concerns while ensuring a positive employee experience.

You will coordinate onboarding, administer training programs and maintain LMS data, generate HR metrics, and contribute to workforce development initiatives in a fast-paced, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and training programs.
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource to employees and managers on policies and procedures.
• Assist with employee relations matters and corrective action documentation.
• Support managers in consistent employment practices.
• Coordinate onboarding and training administration.
• Generate training reports and monitor completion of required training.
• Contribute to HR projects linked to organizational growth and change initiatives.
