Job summary

Wilbur-Ellis invites motivated college students to join its Summer Internship Program (PLOT) in Human Resources/People & Culture. This 12-week program offers real-world HR experience, including employee engagement, onboarding, talent acquisition, and development projects.

You will present learnings to leadership and compete for a scholarship between $1,000 and $3,000. You'll work with HR teams and leaders to support initiatives that elevate the employee experience and business performance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Communications, Sociology, Agriculture, Agricultural Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively.
• Willingness to learn and contribute ideas.

Responsibilities

• Assist with employee programs and events.
• Support recruiting and onboarding activities.
• Research HR trends and best practices.
• Analyze workforce data and internal metrics.
