• Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR support for employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll and related tax filings, W-2s/1099s.
• Administer benefits programs: health, retirement, etc.
• Lead HR support tasks: recruiting, onboarding, employee relations.
• Coordinate OSHA safety programs, training, and certifications.
• Maintain HR files and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
