Community Management Corporation seeks an experienced HR/Payroll Specialist to manage payroll for 250+ employees and assist upper management with HR tasks. You will own front-line payroll processes, review timecards, accruals, and benefits, and administer yearly open enrollment from Winston-Salem, NC.

This role supports project and corporate employees, ensures accuracy in payroll, and handles various HR duties as needed. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Processes biweekly payroll for 250+ employees and semimonthly payroll for 60+ corporate employees.
• Reviews timecards, accruals, benefits, and processes payroll timely.
• Enters and tests plan rates; administers open enrollment and benefits.
• Assists upper management with HR-related functions and HRIS training.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for project employees and semimonthly for corporate staff.
• Prepare final payout for terminated employees.
• Maintain personnel files for project and corporate staff.
• Complete payroll verifications, employment verifications, and related compliance forms.
• Set up payroll deductions (child support, tax levies, garnishments).
• Prepare and report quarterly payroll-related reports and ACA/W-2 processes.
