Job summary

Advanced Personnel Resources, Inc. is assisting a leading manufacturer in central NC in finding an HR Manager to oversee payroll operations, benefits administration, and HRIS management for a midsized multi-state organization with operations in central NC.

You will ensure accurate payroll processing, manage benefits programs including open enrollment, and collaborate with Finance to verify vendor billing accuracy and journal-ready reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years' experience in Human Resources with direct responsibility for payroll, benefits and HRIS.
• Experience with CentrallyHR platform experience a plus.
• Demonstrated expertise in payroll compliance, benefits regulations and vendor billing reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical and audit capabilities required.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism essential.

Responsibilities
