Benedictine in Ada, Minnesota, is seeking an HR Manager to develop and implement Human Resource strategies and oversee day-to-day operations of HR, payroll, and benefits. The role includes compliance with federal and state laws and fostering interactions with community leadership.

Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience or an Associate’s Degree with 5-7 years, alongside labor relations and, ideally, HRIS and ATS knowledge. A robust benefits package is offered, including PTO and retirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of experience, or an Associate’s Degree with 5-7 years’ experience.
• Labor relations experience if community has a union.

Responsabilités

• Ensure community staffing needs are met through the hiring process.
• Facilitate new employee welcome orientation and process paperwork.
• Administer FMLA and other leaves of absence requests.
• Support supervisors with performance management processes.
• Ensure adherence to the affirmative action plan.

Certified Payroll Professional Certification

Professional in Human Resources Certification
