Responsibilities

• Ensure community staffing needs are met through the hiring process.
• Facilitate new employee welcome orientation and process paperwork.
• Administer FMLA and other leaves of absence requests.
• Support supervisors with performance management processes.
• Ensure adherence to the affirmative action plan.
