Job summary

Hannaford is seeking an in-store payroll and HR administrator to support weekly payroll, personnel records, training, and attendance tracking at the Blue Hill, ME location. You will manage timekeeping, workers’ comp documentation, and OSHA records, while acting as the in-store Expert for SuccessFactors HR and payroll systems.

This role ensures compliance and confidentiality in handling associate data. You will coordinate new hires, training reports, benefit enrollment, and maintain HR files,

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Ability to master both the SuccessFactors HR and learning systems and the payroll system.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills.
• Ability to think critically and logically.
• High level understanding of standard practice and ethical behavior in record keeping.
• Familiarity with Office applications including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage all payroll-related administrative functions (time and attendance, payroll processing, and alignment with the MPA plan).
• Handle Workers Compensation and Disability paperwork and OSHA-related documentation.
• Serve as in-store expert for SuccessFactors HR/Learning and payroll systems; assist associates with self-service features.
