Job summary

You will act as the in-store expert for SuccessFactors HR and Learning systems and the payroll platform, assisting associates with self-service tasks while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy across all HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll functions including time and attendance processing.
• Handle Workers' Compensation and Disability paperwork and OSHA filings.
• Serve as in-store expert for SuccessFactors HR and Learning systems.
• Guide associates with self-service tickets and route questions to the right contacts.
• Track attendance, absences, and communicate with store leadership.
• Screen job applicants and schedule interviews with managers.
• Provide training reports to Department Managers and Store Leadership.
• Ensure background check paperwork is completed for required roles.
• Conduct new hire orientations and set up payroll and HR profiles.
