Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to a retail location, including processing weekly payroll, maintaining personnel, training, and attendance records.
• Support staffing efforts and in-store HR processes.
• Act as in-store expert for HR and payroll systems (SuccessFactors and payroll).
• Direct associates with questions to the appropriate contact and manage attendance tracking.
• Conduct new hire orientations and set up payroll and HR records.
