A prominent HR services provider in Haltom City seeks an experienced HR & Payroll Generalist to support key HR functions including multi-state payroll processing, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of HR experience, particularly in a generalist role. This position is 100% onsite and values collaboration and problem-solving expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Human Resources experience, ideally in a generalist capacity.
• Experience processing multi-state payroll is required.
• Strong working knowledge of employment law and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR point of contact for employees.
• Manage and process multi-state payroll accurately and on time.
• Support employee relations and HR compliance initiatives.
• Administer employee benefits including enrollments and changes.
• Lead onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation processes.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports.
• Assist with recruitment efforts and coordinate new-hire activities.
• Ensure adherence to employment regulations and HR policies.
