Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks an ERP Functional Team Lead for HR and Payroll to guide a team supporting JD Edwards and related ERP technologies. You will blend hands-on functional expertise with leadership to ensure stable operations, efficient delivery, and continuous improvement of HR/Payroll processes.

Responsibilities include leading the HR/Payroll functional team, aligning roles to goals, coaching staff, overseeing project work, and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years ERP experience with HR/Payroll focus.
• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
• Experience leading teams or acting as a senior functional lead.
• Strong HR/Payroll process knowledge.
• ERP configuration, support, and implementation experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of functional HR/Payroll specialists and provide direction.
• Oversee governance, change control, and compliance.
• Coordinate incident triage, resolution, and enhancements.
• Drive ERP initiatives from requirements through deployment.
• Partner with HR/Payroll and IT to optimize processes.
• Support documentation and end-user training.
• Mentor staff and manage performance.
