You will lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compensation programs while maintaining HR records and driving engagement.

Qualifications

• Expertise across HR functions including recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
• Experience coordinating payroll and ensuring timely payments.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Conduct new hire orientations and provide ongoing training and support to employees
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance improvement plans
• Administer employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance
• Manage compensation and benefits plans, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
• Coordinate and process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports
• Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
