You will lead recruitment, benefits administration, compensation, and payroll processing, while maintaining accurate HR records and fostering a positive work environment for caregiving teams.

• Oversee human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management
• Coordinate and process payroll to ensure accurate and timely payment
• Administer employee benefits (health, dental, vision, life) and compensation programs
• Maintain HR records and reports and ensure regulatory compliance
• Provide employee relations support including conflict resolution and training
