Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; two years of college preferred.
• Two years of administrative experience, preferably within an HR department.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills that support team work.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in HR onboarding and recruitment activities.
• Prepare and update employment records for hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating.
• Administer benefits programs and payroll-related tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
